Practice Leader/Manager Financial Services-
Northeast Region
Location-Manhattan
Salary-150-170K base with bonus potential 50-100% year one.

My client is a unique professional services provider offering consultative solutions to corporate legal departments within the financial services industry to help manage and cut outside legal fees.
We are seeking a true “Practice Leader/Builder” within the financial services vertical in NY City.
We can only consider candidates that have at least a 10 year + proven track record of success in consultative/solution sales at the management and individual contributor level into Fortune 500 Financial Services corporations.
**Due to the amount of applicants, candidates must meet all of the requirements in order to be considered for this role.
As a Manager:
• Managed and grown a P&L of 5-10 Million dollars
• Led, managed, mentored, trained, coached and developed a sales, administrative and account management team of 10 or more people.
• Build from the ground up, a practice or business unit within a vertical or general practice, playing an executive level role in decisions involving long term sales strategy, division growth, and marketing to achieve revenue targets
• Develop and deliver annual operating plan. Regularly monitor and analyze results, identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Sales Forecasting, marketing, development of sales and marketing materials, RFP, etc.
As an Individual contributor:
• Establish executive level, long-term customer relationships for future cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• Develop, negotiate and close relationships with potential customers.
